This could end up being a long page! - many of the costs are not known, as CCBC simply refuse (against the law) to reveal the enormous sums they have spent fighting me... what is certain is they have spent way more than the £5,144.88 they lied to the Court that I owed them in the first place!

Just HOW is this 'Value for Money' for local people?

2010 financial year : Loss of business rates since April 1st 2010 that would have been paid if the pier was open £2,547.84 (updated to the minute, just because computers are good at that kinda thing...)

17th July 2008 : Having bankrupted me, CCBC will never get a penny of whatever the correct amount of rates owed was, which has still never been correctly calculated, but they currently claim it is £4,541.86

2nd June 2008 : I offered £2,500.00 towards settling whatever the genuine amount owed is, which CCBC REFUSED to accept
