Council promise the £165,000 received from the Welsh Assembly will be used to develop a coordinated regeneration plan for Colwyn Bay, and that the Pier will be included in the process. As of 2009, the Council refuse to talk to Pier owner Steve Hunt about the regeneration plan. See this link in which the Council confirm the lack of consultation |
